ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNITS

Additional Dwelling Units

An ADU, or Accessory Dwelling Unit, is a secondary residential unit on the same property as a primary dwelling, providing independent living facilities. ADUs can offer benefits like providing family housing, increasing property value, and providing income opportunities. ADUs can be attached to or detached from the main house, or they can be constructed within an existing structure, like a garage.
